Groups are also run for schools. Programming is based around the particular needs of the school and may include developing social skills, developing communication skills, building self esteem and confidence, growing resilience, and emotional literacy.

Cancer Support
A six-week arts therapy program for women who have experienced a cancer diagnosis and are looking for support in dealing with the challenges they are presented with. Empty Nesters Group Often when children leave home, parents are left feeling sadness, depression, loss of purpose and loneliness. This group is for women who are experiencing this and would like do something to support themselves as they go through this transition. The course goes for eight weeks. |
Creative Arts for Stress and Anxiety
An eight-week arts therapy program for women aged 18+ who are experiencing stress and anxiety and would like to discover new ways of reducing their symptoms. Mindful Photography A six-week introductory experiential course on Mindful Photography for those looking to develop a creative mindful practice with the benefits that mindfulness brings (see Photo Therapy page). Separate groups are run for adults and young people. A phone camera is all that is needed for this course. |
